Hallie Fernandez has over 30 years experience in all aspects of Tourism and Hospitality. She has worked the front lines in busy major chain hotels, such as Sheraton and Marriott worldwide as well as the "back of the House" in Food & Beverage, Marketing & Sales, and in Accounts & Control. After obtaining her Bachelors degree in International Hotel Management from Florida Int'l University, Hallie worked for Sheraton in various positions including in their Internal Audit Team travelling around the world to hotels making recommendations for improvement. She headed up the Operational Consulting Team for Pannell Kerr Forster, an accounting and consulting firm specializing in Tourism/Hospitality in their NYC office in the mid eighties. In Israel, Hallie assisted in opening a 5 star luxury hotel, as well as heading a staff of 40 personnel in Marketing & Sales for a timeshare operation. In Australia, she has taught Tourism at TAFE, trained students in basic accounting and has her Cert IV in both Workplace Training & Assessment and Small Business Management.
